Good. I hope Harvard gets nailed to the wall. Asian kids have been the "new Jews" long enough.

Harvard is going to get theirs. Their legal position is pretty much indefensible.

"Harvard affirmative action trial arguments come to a close"

Apparently the judge's ruling will come early next year. It's a safe bet that this will eventually end up with SCOTUS

And, it's not just Harvard . . .
"UNC says race-blind admissions would let in dumber students"
https://www.thecollegefix.com/unc-says- ... -students/

"UNC's defense of its race-conscious admissions protocol may raise a few eyebrows." Gosh, do ya think?

"UNC requires white and Asian students to have much higher ACT scores in order to receive recruiting materials."

"Asian-American males would have much better chances of getting accepted, based on grades and test scores, if they were Hispanic or African American."

UNC is a fine, and relatively inexpensive, public university. But there are other choices available for less-qualified North Carolina kids, of all ethnicities, more suited to their abilities. The judge's ruling on the Harvard case is anticipated in February.

Frankly I don't know why anyone who isn't a legacy or guaranteed full scholarship would bother with Harvard.

It seems you can be pretty successful when you go elsewhere, even the boonies.

More than $3 billion successful!

Mark Cuban
After one year at the University of Pittsburgh, he transferred to Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and graduated from the Kelley School of Business in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.[22][23][24] He chose Indiana's Kelley School of Business without even visiting the campus because "it had the least expensive tuition of all the business schools on the top 10 list".
