Because my original intention was to reply to a comment somebody made in that thread.
Then the reply talked about Czarist propaganda claiming that they too were European to a Russian populace unhappy about the westernization policies of the Romanovs who were themselves of German origin.

And you are the one to decide what is false...I doubt you are up to the task, seeing how easily the Americans fool you...
