"Record number of coronavirus cases in every global region"

And it's not going to get any better soon, folks . . .
Figures from Cuba (July 24):

Infected: 2478
Active: 44
Recovered: 2345
Dead: 87
Cases by 100,000 people: 0.58

Why is it nobody ever mentions Cuba in this Covid context? Why don't people ask why the situation is so much better there? Is it because it is difficult to recognize that, contrarily to the US, Cuba has an efficient health service?
Maybe because no one believes anything the authoritarian regime in Cuba says?
Why should you believe anything capable of making you doubt everything you say about Cuba?...After all fiction is so much more interesting than facts...

I don't doubt what I say about the regime in Cuba. Fidel Castro had 7,000 body guards. Who did he think he was Ghengas Khan?
