China gets nasty with Hong Kong

China is going to pass a new security law, that negates the Sino British Treaty

You cannot trust anybody who calls themselves Socialist or Communist.

They were smart. For decades they pretended to be mild. Now, the CCP thinks they are strong enough to show their true colours. They sure fooled the naive westerners.

I think they have already passed it, but have not made it public.

The last time this sort of thing happened, Canada received billions in new investment from HK Chinese. I am afraid a nasty part of me is rooting for it.
