Patchogue Fliers Read 'Death Camps For Trump Supporters'
Fliers hung on street posts and parking meters in Patchogue read "Death Camps For Trump Supporters Now!"
So what? You Americans sort of have a global reputation for frequently doing outrageous things in the promotion of pet causes.

It is a well known principle in commercial advertising that if you want to get the product you are trying to promote into peoples' minds, do not calmly appeal to reason but concoct a commercial sufficiently inane or otherwise outrageous that people will remember it.

It seems to me that that attention-riveting principle in commercial advertising has seeped its way into everything in your country and culture - not least into political discourse.

Yup. He was socialist and fighting for the Aryan race. I don’t see any difference as far as principle is concerned between Hitler and some Democrats. They are Socialists and claim to be champions of one ethnic group or another.

The big difference is in the degree of violence. The Democrats are nowhere as violent as Hitler was but they are slowly heading in that direction.

Well, the man who massacred all of those Mexicans in that shopping mall seemed to be more like Donald trump in his way of thinking.

Not at all and it is true. Hitler believed in race based discrimination and so do Democrats. Well actually democrats believe in class discrimination but wrap it up in race ti disguise it.

Apart from his opposition to illegal immigration his other positions mirror the Democrats position. Medicare for all, universal basic income, and green stuff. Also, the shooter in Dayton is a sanders supporter. Then what about the guy who shot Scalia and other Republicans?

They will get there sooner than you might think.

Hard for me to believe that such a homicidal manic would have the brainpower to even comprehend such things.

( Come to think of it: could anyone really give a shit about what a mentally deranged individual like that thinks about matters like Medicare for all, universal basic income, and green stuff anyhow? It is highly unlikely that he ever be elected to high office even if he ran.)

Dayton Ohio killer.

Scalise shooter who targetted republicans

I think the violence comes disproportionately from the left. It’s the rhetoric of Democrat Politicians that inspired violence.

Is that so? Well cass, whatever the purported ideological leanings of the miscreants the fact that they criminally resorted to lethal violence against innocent people I would say negates any mileage their purported "causes" might have otherwise garnered.

You blame it on a particular political position but I don't. I view it as a bi-product of severe mental illness.

In the highly partisan, politically charged environment of the contemporary USA some just cannot handle it and become unhinged.
