You do realize that the Democrats are like a drowning man. Willing to do anything in thier desperation to survive, Right?
Which does not absolve Trump of his many sins and improprieties. It just means that the only body in American society with the means to hold Trump to account is too weak to adequately perform that duty. So Trump gets away with it all by default.

Weep America, weep! Your destiny is in the hands of crooks while good men and women in public life are sidelined to obscurity.

IOW, it's legal.
No I would say it is not since the legal process was not followed in that Trump was presumed guilty without court admissable evidence. That witnesses WERE INSTRUCTED BY SCHIFF NOT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS PRESENTED TO THEM. That the full house did not vote to give the investigation the power to subpoena members of the administration. That they did not follow previous impeachment proceedings in form. That they did not follow the legal process of going to court and accused Trump of obstructing congress because he went to court to protect executive privilege Which is certain his right to do.

How can you be accused of a crime for going to court to object to your prosecution?
If any of that is illegal you should be able to cite the law(s) broken.
So you are claiming that people do not have the right to go to court to defend their rights. If they do go to court it is obstruction of congress? Am I reading YOUR VIEW correctly that this is perfectly legal?
What law or laws was or were broken?
Taking away the rights of someone and using that as an excuse to charge them with a supposed crime is not illegal?

What part of the soviet union or red china are you from?
So you have no idea what you are talking about.

Trump has not been accessed of a crime for one thing.

He was accused of treason for 3 years. WITHOUT EVIDENCE. By a bunch of liars inclulding Joe Biden. As well as Bloomberg and Steyer:

It certainly is unique. Especially given that unlike Clinton Trump was not charged with any actual crimes.

No.
Trump is accused of abuse of power for his alleged efforts to strong-arm Ukraine into investigating his potential Democratic opponent, Joe Biden, by withholding military aid and an Oval Office visit; and of obstruction of Congress, for his efforts to block cooperation with Congress on its impeachment inquiry.

"Like the Clinton and Nixon articles, they don’t allege a particular statutory criminal violation by name, but they do allege facts that could be charged as a crime in an ordinary court," said Frank Bowman, author of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors: A History of Impeachment for the Age of Trump" and a University of Missouri law professor.
