I wish I understood what your point is... That the gap between rich and poor is growing because of some problem in human character?... Partly.... Where envy and resentment consolidates tribal solidarity, instead of a communal solution that serves the common good, each faction fights for the biggest...

It's a little more complicated than that. The very idea of finance which is a psychotechology to commodify the future, is not fully understood nor appreciated.
