Never fail, I didn't know that. But it doesn't matter because both leaders would have experts to advise them. I think it is doable provided there is a robust mechanism for fiscal discipline. They should have a rule where no European, whether individual or corporate can buy government debt of a count...

The “conclusion” was that the he, the IG, could find no evidence that decisions made that led to the exoneration of Clinton was biased.
