Facebook Bans Image of Jesus for ‘Excessively Violent Content’

Image
Facebook has rejected an advertisement by a Catholic college for an online theology program, declaring that the ad contained “shocking, sensational, or excessively violent content” because of the image of a medieval crucifix.

Recalling who and what the founder of Facebook is, it is probably a case of Jewish censorship Cass. I believe that Jews are deadly scared of the image of Jesus crucified. Apart from the possibility of an inherited guilty conscience over a travesty of justice perpetrated by distant forebears; it serves to remind Christian gentiles of who it was who framed the son of God in the first place.

Yep. It is even rumored that "the founder of Facebook" gets together with his coreligionist buddies every weekend to consume the blood of an unfortunate gentile child.

FFS people, posts are flagged by individuals and Facebook's algorithms hide them automatically as a result. This is not a conspiracy.

You could be right. The Jews are mostly secular and vote left. Leftists tend to be anti-Christian since devout Christians tend to vote Republican. So they attack Christianity.

OK I can buy that But someone pointed out yesterday that Google has gone 17 years without a Google Doodle for Easter. The only holiday it has never recognized in this way.

Nothing to do with secularism Cass.

Apparently in old world Europe, Easter for centuries was frequently a time for anti-Jewish rioting. East coast American Jewry, like Americans of other ethnicity, are still apparently influenced by handed-down folk-memories of what it was like back in the old country.

There have always been plenty of ignorant, superficially informed Christians who never "got it" that the death and resurrection of Jesus was a divine tragedy (and triumph) that needed to happen for the good of us all.

When that sort of issues remain important to some people today, I'm afraid we are still going to face lots of problems and conflicts. It would be nice to finally step out of the Middle Ages...

The guy who's such a Judaic zealot that he... married Priscilla Chan? Stop the nonsense, the guy is a secular Millennial, it would be surprising if he gave any notice to that sort of thing at all.
