Your numbers don't sound right. Jews already comprise 80% of the population with Arabs about 20% in Israel. If you add in the Arabs in the Weat Bank, the % of Jews will be much less and Arabs far more.

In Israel proper there are 6.4 million Jews and 2.2 million Palestinians. In the West Bank there are 2.3 million Arabs. In total you have:

Jews: 6.4 million (58%)
Arabs: 4.5 million (42%)

If you count the more than 300,000 Jewish settlers in the West Bank, the percentages will be more like 60/40 in favour of Jews. Seeing that there is continued Jewish immigration to Israel, these percentages will tend to remain as they are, which means that Jews would dominate the unified state of Israel+West Bank. The one state alternative will have no dangers for the Jews in Israel. And eventually Arabs will reach a level of development and adherence to democratic values close to those of Jews, which will contribute to a peaceful and tolerant society.

But that would be like getting married to a psychopath. I suggest you read the HAMAS Charter. The charter quoted Muslim scripture where it says Mohammed prophesized that Muslims will one day kill all the Jews. So it is like getting married to someone who believes that it is his/her destiny to murder you.
